渡口网络成立于2005年03月，是国内知名的游戏研发商与运营商,公司致力于中国互联网游戏及数字娱乐产品的研发和运营，借助已经构建的在线游戏主体业务，进一步拓展电信增值服务和互动娱乐业务。
渡口的管理团队成员均来自于国内外知名游戏公司, 具备研发和运营多个网络游戏的成功案例。渡口秉持“竭尽全力、做到最好、永不放弃”的精神，将最好的产品和最优质的服务提供给玩家，使他们得到愉悦的在线体验。除了专注于本地市场的研发和运营之外，渡口还积极拓展海外业务，与国际顶尖游戏制造商、服务商及运营商合作，使其成为先进的多平台游戏产品运营商，代理销售商、增值服务和应用开发服务的供应商，渡口自主研发的网络游戏《天机online》已在台湾、香港、澳门、泰国、马来西亚、印尼地区进行商业化运营。

Founded in March 2005, Ferry is a leading on-line game publisher, developer and operator in China. We are committed to develop online game and digital entertainment industries in China and with a view to worldwide market. With our main service in online game development and operation, we will further expand to telecom value-add service and interactive entertainment business.
Our management team comes from famous game companies around the world with rich experience in developing and operating on-line games. Ferry holds the spirit of "Do our best; never give up”. With our high production value products and services, we provide our players a joyful online gaming experience.
Beside the domestic market, we also expand our business overseas. We cooperate with international top gaming providers, servers, operators so we can be the multi-platform gaming operator, sales agent, value-added service and developing service provider. Ferry developed its own on-line game <Secret Online> and it has been operating in HK, Macau, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia .
Ferry currently has more than 200 employees. We have offices and development facilities in Shanghai and Hangzhou; we also have sales and promotion representatives in 10 major cities around China.
